What does a typical yacht rental package contain?
Each of our rentals comes with a skilled crew, security devices, fuel, and basic nonalcoholic drinks. The specific components can differ based on the package — sunset tours might include upscale appetizers and nonalcoholic drinks, while company rentals might provide amenities for meetings and specialized catering services for business events.
How much time ahead should I make a reservation?
It's suggested to secure your booking 2–3 weeks ahead, more so if it's during the high-season period (May–September). For business gatherings and personal festivities, reserving 4–6 weeks ahead ensures greater availability and preparation for bespoke requirements.
What protocol is followed if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our foremost concern. If the captain considers the weather to be unsafe, we will propose to reschedule to an alternate open date or furnish a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather and will get in touch if the forecast looks uncertain 24 hours prior to your departure.
Can I bring my own sustenance and refreshments?
Indeed, you are permitted to supply your own food and nonalcoholic drinks. Nonetheless, we provide exemplary catering assistance and can tailor the menu as per your taste preferences. Note that for safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Are there facilities for guests with different mobility needs on your yachts?
We aim to be inclusive for all our guests. Some of our vessels are more accommodating with features for varied mobility access than others. We urge you to get in touch when booking to talk over particular needs, so we can propose the most accommodating yacht and arrange any necessary modifications.
Could you explain your cancellation policy?
For cancellations done 72 hours or more before sailing, a full refund is issued. Cancellations within a window of 24–72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Should you cancel within 24 hours, the booking is non-refundable except in instances of adverse weather conditions or mechanical setbacks on our part.
